East-Coast Ambassador

Sounds like Jill needs an ambassador...a coordinator of sorts over on the east coast (Chavonne actually gave me the idea).  Jill, let me know what you need from everyone and I will coordinate this family's loose ends (as best possible) for you.  Just send me lists of whatever you want to know from the folks over here.  As far as flights go, i sent you mine for the times.  Joey is booking hers as we speak, M&D are waiting for the CC approval to come back and JD is, um, not sure.  i will check on that.  I will keep updating you till I get everyones flight info--we are all coming--minus S and Lil L.  Let me know if you need any other info and I will try and wrangle it out of the information hoarders...

I think the above reflects everyone's tentative flight plans. Dad was able to book the Wyndham, so we have our hotel taken care of.

Pete and I bought the invitations, they should come to you in a few weeks.

We also picked out the site for our reception dinner. Saturday, the BIG day, is now looking like this:

8:00 Reception dinner (Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse)

I'm considering doing a spa day or something on Friday. Any takers?

Destination:
Narrowed down several locations due to negative Google reviews. Pete and I navigated towards the location with the most outstanding Google reviews (5 stars out of 5, with 500+ reviewers) and an award from Bride's Magazine.

-"Wedding Package" for a Traditional ceremony

Date:
Chosen because Wyndham Grand Desert and Chapel of the Flowers are both available; there will be an annual celebration (at least from Hispanics, and us); it will be a beautiful time of the year to be in Vegas; assuming my acceptance into UNM, we will have enough time for a wedding and honeymoon prior to the semester beginning; and the date popped up in both of our heads simultaneously- coincidence was exhilerating!
